They are seeking a high-performing, results-driven sales professional from the luxury safari or high-end hospitality sector to lead and grow key international source markets. This is a rare opportunity to represent a truly iconic African brand on the global stage. Based at the Head Office in Pretoria, the successful candidate will take direct revenue accountability across allocated global markets securing new luxury agency partnerships, expanding existing accounts, and strengthening the propertys competitive position within the international luxury travel trade. The role requires extensive international travel, including roadshows, trade shows, FAM trips, and in-market sales calls. ???????????? At least 5 years’ senior sales experience within the luxury lodge, safari, or upmarket inbound tourism sector. A strong and measurable history of driving revenue growth across international markets. Existing relationships within the global luxury travel trade will be a distinct advantage. Solid knowledge of the competitive luxury safari landscape, particularly in the Greater Kruger region. A track record of securing and growing high-value accounts across both agency and DMC channels. Willingness to undertake several international trips per year this role demands someone who is comfortable spending extended time away from home. Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Computer literate with good working knowledge of CRM platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint. Self-motivated; target-driven, and able to work with a high degree of independence. Professional presentation and the ability to represent a premium brand to a discerning international audience.
