About the Role

Build strategic partnerships that drive real commercial impact. Take ownership of key accounts and shape customer strategies that unlock growth and efficiency. This role is focused on managing and growing relationships with key principals, ensuring retention while identifying opportunities to expand services across the customer base. You will play a critical role in aligning customer needs with operational capabilities, driving profitability, and improving supply chain performance through collaboration and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer-specific strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Define and manage KPIs to measure performance and drive accountability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key principals
  • Manage customer queries and ensure efficient resolution
  • Identify and unlock opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts
  • Lead commercial discussions and support negotiation of agreements
  • Conduct rate reviews to ensure ongoing profitability
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to drive operational efficiencies
  • Facilitate S&OP processes to manage cost drivers and optimise performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
  • 5+ years experience within supply chain, preferably in FMCG
  • Minimum 3 years experience in account management or administration
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and 3PL environments
  • Proficiency in SAP (MM, BW) and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions
