About the Role
We are seeking a confident and results-driven Telemarketer (or Telebemarker) to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. As a key member of our sales and marketing efforts, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities (leads)
- Schedule appointments for the sales and/or advisory team to ensure effective follow-up
- Provide clear and basic information about products and services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and friendly communication
- Promote the company’s services and support sales and marketing initiatives
- Participate in marketing activities and promotions
- Market and sell tables and tickets for company events and promotions
- Work consistently towards daily and monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-up actions
- Uphold a professional and positive telephone manner at all times
- Follow internal processes and comply with relevant regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in telemarketing or a call centre environment will be advantageous
- Own reliable phone to make outgoing calls
- Strong communication written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable working on the phone and engaging with people
- Basic computer skills

Salary & Benefits
The salary for this position is R7 500 – R15 000 per month, depending on performance.
