About the Role

Our client, a prestigious private Christian school based in Johannesburg North, is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of buildings, grounds, and infrastructure
  • Implement and manage preventative maintenance programmes
  • Manage service providers, contractors, and maintenance staff
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Prepare, monitor, and control facilities-related budgets
  • Lead facility improvement projects, upgrades, and capital works
  • Oversee campus security systems and protocols

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities or property management
