About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Junior Deceased Estate Administrator to join our team in Randburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full administration process of deceased estates, ensuring efficient communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administration of deceased estates from initial reporting through to finalisation.
- Liaise with the Master of the High Court, clients, heirs, SARS (for tax clearance certificates), and other relevant third parties.
- Prepare, complete, and submit all required estate documentation and statutory forms.
- Handle estate-related queries and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all interested parties.
Requirements
- Approximately 2 years experience in deceased estate administration.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
