About the Role
Hire Resolve, a leading company in theft recovery, driver safety, and business optimization, is seeking an experienced Lead Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain their network infrastructure. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring the network is secure, scalable, and high-performing, while aligning with business goals and fostering operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure and resilient network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
- Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to network engineers
- Implement and maintain network security controls, including firewall rules and segmentation
- Track and report on key metrics like network performance, uptime, and incident trends
- Work with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI-DSS
Requirements
- Relevant diploma in IT networking and security certifications
- Required: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent
- Preferred: CCNP, Fortinet NSE, AWS/Azure Networking certifications, and ITIL Foundation
- 58 years of hands-on networking experience, including 12 years in a team lead or senior role
