About the Role

Hire Resolve, a leading company in theft recovery, driver safety, and business optimization through its tracking technology and related services, is seeking a Lead Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain their network infrastructure. In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring their network is secure, scalable, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain secure and resilient network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to network engineers
Track and report on key metrics like network performance, uptime, and incident trends
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimization

Requirements

Relevant diploma in IT networking and security certifications
Required: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent
Preferred: CCNP, Fortinet NSE, AWS/Azure Networking certifications, and ITIL Foundation
58 years of hands-on networking experience, including 12 years in a team lead or senior role
Strong knowledge of enterprise networking platforms like Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (if applicable)
