About the Role
MPRTC Recruitment is seeking an External Sales Representative – Engineering to join our team in Richards Bay. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Process quotations, orders, and CRM system updates
- Negotiate with clients to achieve sales targets
- Work independently to meet sales goals
- Provide excellent administrative support
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Minimum 5 years’ external sales experience within the engineering, mining, consumables, or agricultural sectors
- Strong sales and business development experience
- Knowledge of engineering or industrial products advantageous
- Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Experience with quotations, order processing, and CRM systems
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Good administrative and reporting skills
- Valid driver’s license essential
