About the Opportunity We are seeking ambitious and motivated 2025 graduates to join our Logistics and Supply Chain team. This opportunity is designed for graduates looking to gain practical experience across logistics, warehousing, inventory management, procurement, transportation, and supply chain operations. Successful candidates will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to key business processes. Key Responsibilities Assist with the planning and coordination of logistics and supply chain activities. Monitor inventory levels and support stock control processes. Support warehouse, distribution, and transportation operations. Analyse operational data and prepare reports. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods. Assist with supplier and customer communication. Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and service delivery. Participate in operational projects and supply chain optimisation initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Completed in 2025 or expecting final results in 2026. Bachelor’s Degree or BCom in: Logistics Management Supply Chain Management Transport & Logistics Management Operations Management Required Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good planning and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Team player with a proactive attitude. Ability to interpret data and prepare reports. Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset and professional conduct.
