About the Role
An established and well-regarded restaurant in Roodepoort is seeking an experienced Senior Front House Manager to lead its front-of-house operations and uphold exceptional service standards. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all front-of-house operations
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate FOH staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Oversee bar operations, including bar staff and baristas
- Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and presentation
- Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure smooth service flow
