About the Role
Bridge Personnel Concepts is seeking an experienced AVA Systems Controller to join our team in Rustenburg. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of system data, monitoring equipment utilisation, and providing daily reports to the Head of Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and generate daily machine hour reports from the AVA system
- Verify and check the accuracy and completeness of system data
- Monitor equipment utilisation, downtime, and production-related information
- Compile and submit accurate daily reports to the Head of Operations
- Identify discrepancies or anomalies and escalate where necessary
- Assist with general system-related administrative tasks
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good understanding of IT systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet daily reporting deadlines
