About the Role

Hire Resolve is seeking a dedicated and driven Accounts Administrator to join our client’s team in Lethabong, just outside of Sandton. Our client specializes in the Building Materials Industry, renowned for great quality service, company culture, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor accounts, process invoices, reconcile statements, and liaise with customers/suppliers.
Assist with financial reports, maintain records, and ensure VAT/SARS compliance.
Manage office supplies, schedule meetings, maintain filing systems, and assist with payroll and reimbursements.

Requirements

3+ years in bookkeeping or accounting administration.
Experience with accounting software (NAV preferred) and Microsoft Office.
Strong knowledge of VAT, SARS procedures, and financial reporting.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
