About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Resident Manager to lead our 5-star luxury hotel’s Rooms division in Sandton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our international brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex rooms operations, including housekeeping, engineering, and guest services
- Lead and motivate diverse teams to achieve operational excellence
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven success as an Operations Manager / Director of Rooms / Senior Rooms leader in an ultra-luxury or Michelin Key property
- Minimum of 2 years holding the position of Operations Manager or Rooms Division Manager within a well-known international brand
- Inspirational leadership with sharp operational and commercial insight
- Mastery of Rooms, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Guest Services operations
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)
