About the Role
A fast-paced and growing recruitment agency based in Sandton is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a 3-month fixed term contract. This opportunity is ideal for a recruitment professional with solid agency experience who thrives in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across various industries.
- Advertise vacancies across multiple job portals and social platforms.
- Conduct proactive headhunting and Boolean searches to identify top talent.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity on ATS platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ensure a high standard of candidate experience and client service delivery.
- Meet recruitment targets and turnaround times in a fast-paced agency environment.
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years’ proven experience within Agency recruitment.
- Strong working experience using leading Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience working with and sourcing candidates through major job portals and professional networking platforms, e.g PNet, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
- Strong Boolean search and headhunting capability.
- Strong track record of successful placements across multiple sectors.
- Experience recruiting within industries such as technology, financial services, fintech, telecommunications, engineering, and professional services.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing methodologies, and talent mapping.
