About the Role

The ESD Business Support Co-ordinator role at Phakisa Holdings is a mid-career position that requires a contractor with 4-6 years of experience to provide administrative support to the ESD Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating documentation and compliance, consolidating regional reporting, and providing first contact support for SMEs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate documentation and compliance for SMEs from initiation to delivery
  • Consolidate regional reporting from stakeholders
  • Act as first contact for SMEs, resolve queries
  • Support ESD Region compliance and training
  • Manage purchase requisitions and deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office, communication, and travel
  • Active member of SHE committee
  • Competent in SAP, SME facility management

Requirements

  • National Diploma in Business administration or similar
  • Minimum 4+ years relevant experience
