South Africa: Assistant Management Couple

The Assistant Management Couple will consist of a Senior Guide and an Assistant Manager. Senior Guide Requirements: Previous experience as a guide in an upscale safari lodge is essential Must be able to make a long-term commitment in an environment where they have the potential to grow FGASA Trails ESSENTIAL All Guiding documents (First Aid, FGASA, DEAT, PDP, ARH etc) must be fully up-to-date and valid Possession of a valid drivers license & PDP is essential Must be mature, confident, stable and an analytical thinker Must have good vehicle knowledge Must be able to host with ease Must be well-presented and well-spoken Must be passionate about conservation and hospitality Must reference incredibly well Assistant Manager Requirements: Minimum of 2 years working experience within a luxury lodge environment NQF in hospitality advantageous Microsoft working knowledge (Outlook/Excel/Word) essential Excellent Admin and Front of House experience Great attention to detail Must have previous experience with stock counts Must be a team player Must have a great command of the English language Ability to work independently Ensure standards are being met Be able to lead when senior members are absent Good computer skills and use of POS This is a live-in position
