About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Management Couple to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading by example, fostering a positive work culture, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in food and beverage services
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize menu offerings
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Grade 12 A formal qualification will be an advantage
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Experience in Hospitality Management or related field
- Leadership, Communication, and Organizational skills
- Customer Service and Problem-Solving skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus
