About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Management Couple to join our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints effectively
  • Supervise staff and ensure high standards of service are maintained
  • Maintain knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
  • Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports

Requirements

  • Grade 12 A formal qualification (advantageous)
  • At least 2 years management experience
  • Experience in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Leadership, Communication, and Organizational skills
  • Customer Service and Problem-Solving skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience (a plus)
