They are seeking a hands-on and commercially minded Store Manager to drive store performance and lead daily operations. The successful candidate will be operationally involved, adaptable, and aligned with a sporty, energetic brand environment. This role suits managers who thrive in independent or mini-chain retail settings and take ownership of store results.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year Store Manager experience (additional experience advantageous)
• Background in independent or mini-chain retail environments (±5–10 stores) preferred
• Highly structured large chain-store experience generally not suitable
• Strong commercial and operational management capability
• Ability to turn around and improve store performance
• Strong brand alignment with a fashion/sports retail environment
• Energetic, engaged, and customer-focused leadership style

Remuneration & Structure:

• Salary: Market Related
• Incentives: Performance-based store incentives apply
• Additional earnings for Sunday & Public Holiday overtime, where applicable
