About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team in Stellenbosch, South Africa. As a seasoned financial professional with a strong background in the citrus/agricultural sector, you will play a critical role in driving our company’s financial success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the organization
- Oversee IFRS compliance and statutory reporting
- Lead packhouse operations and export margin analysis
- Develop and implement effective cash flow management strategies
- Provide strategic guidance on agricultural costing and seasonal cash flow cycles
Requirements
- CA(SA) qualification (registered with SAICA)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the citrus/agricultural sector, preferably in a similar CFO role
- Strong knowledge of agricultural costing, packhouse operations, export margins, and seasonal cash flow cycles
- Experience with IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory compliance
- Advanced ERP and financial systems experience
