About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lease Administrator to join our team at a retail shopping centre in South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lease administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and preparing Offers to Rent
  • Typing and preparing lease agreements and related documentation
  • Vetting and processing FICA documentation
  • Assisting with tenant applications and leasing administration
  • Maintaining accurate leasing records and filing systems
  • Liaising with tenants, brokers, and internal departments

Requirements

  • Matric with a relevant Business Degree
