Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured engineering development and training programme.
  • Assist with production and maintenance engineering activities across plant operations.
  • Support process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting on equipment and process performance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or process-related issues.
  • Support engineering projects, including installations, upgrades, and commissioning.
  • Learn and apply safety, quality, and environmental standards within operations.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
  • Work closely with senior engineers, technicians, and production teams.
  • Rotate through different departments to gain broad operational exposure.

Minimum Requirements

  • BEng/BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
  • No or limited post-graduate experience required (0–2 years preferred).
  • Strong academic performance and willingness to learn in a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of engineering fundamentals and problem-solving techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of CAD, process systems, or industrial equipment will be advantageous.
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
  • Valid driver’s licence will be advantageous.
