About the Role
The Electrician position at Amawandle Pelagic – Laaiplek aims to reduce production downtime and increase plant availability by maintaining production equipment, installing electrical equipment, and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of production equipment and installation of electrical equipment
- Preventative maintenance, planning and execution
- Operate within applicable Health & Safety requirements
- Liaison with Production Departments
Requirements
- Red Seal Electrical Certificate
- A wireman’s license will be advantageous
- 2 or 6 years of maintenance experience in a production environment
