We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Junior Sous level Chef to join our busy Food Market in the V&A Waterfront. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for handling daily production, focusing on Hot Pass and Grilling of high-cost meat cuts. Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily production in the Food Market

Requirements
- Previous experience on the GRILL and PASS working with Wagyu Beef
- Advanced skill & knowledge of various meat cuts, trimming, portioning, and quality control
- Strong communicator able to deal directly with customers
- Ability to handle cash and manage stocks
- Excellent peoples person with effective problem-solving skills
