About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Game Lodge Manager to lead our team at our lodge in the Hluhluwe area of Zululand, KZN North. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all departments of the lodge
- Lead the team and set the example
- Develop and implement operational plans
- Ensure compliance with South African Labor Laws
- Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety act and requirements
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Formal hospitality qualification
- At least 2 years experience in a 4/5* Game Lodge
- Operational knowledge of all departments
- Knowledge and understanding of South African Labor Laws
- Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety act and requirements
- Good communication skills
- Good time management and project management skills
Salary & Benefits
