About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join their team in Gauteng. As a key member of the dealership, you will be responsible for overseeing workshop operations and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workshop operations and vehicle inspection processes
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections and customer vehicle testing
- Verify job cards and perform quality control checks
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Provide advanced customer service and technical support
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Workshop Controller within the Automotive Industry
- Grade 12 Qualification
- Relevant Trade Test qualifications (merSETA | Olifantsfontein | QCTO)
- Knowledge of workshop operations, vehicle inspection processes, pre-delivery inspections, customer vehicle testing, job card verification, and quality control checks
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications are required for this role.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: R 15 000 based on experience.
