Group General Manager Luxury Hotel Group, Kenya Salary: USD 5,000 USD 6,000 Negotiable DOE Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an accomplished Group General Manager for a well-established luxury hotel group in Kenya. This senior leadership role requires a highly strategic hospitality professional with extensive operational expertise, strong financial acumen and the ability to lead multiple properties to consistently deliver world-class guest experiences. Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and oversight across all properties within the group Drive operational excellence, ensuring standards are met and exceeded across departments Lead, mentor and motivate senior management teams to achieve business objectives Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and cost control measures Implement and monitor service standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction Develop and execute long-term growth strategies for the group Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and partners Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation Requirements: Proven experience as a General Manager or Group General Manager within a luxury hotel environment Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities Excellent financial management and analytical skills Demonstrated success in driving operational performance and guest satisfaction Ability to lead diverse teams across multiple properties Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach International or multi-property experience is highly advantageous Candidates who meet the above criteria are invited to submit their CV to Kendrick Recruitment for consideration.
