About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an accomplished Group General Manager for a well-established luxury hotel group in Kenya. This senior leadership role requires a highly strategic hospitality professional with extensive operational expertise, strong financial acumen and the ability to lead multiple properties to consistently deliver world-class guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight across all properties within the group
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring standards are met and exceeded across departments
- Lead, mentor and motivate senior management teams to achieve business objectives
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and cost control measures
- Implement and monitor service standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- Develop and execute long-term growth strategies for the group
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Group General Manager within a luxury hotel environment
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities
- Excellent financial management and analytical skills
- Demonstrated success in driving operational performance and guest satisfaction
- Ability to lead diverse teams across multiple properties
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach
