Guest Relations & Front Office | Luxury Lodge | Greater Kruger Are you an up-and-coming hospitality professional looking for an exciting opportunity in a luxury safari lodge? Kendrick Recruitment is searching for a passionate and service-driven individual to join the team at a small and intimate bush camp in the Greater Kruger. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an incredible wildlife setting, providing guests with a personalized and immersive safari experience. Location: Greater Kruger (1 hour from Hoedspruit) Package: R10,000 | Live-in position | Accommodation | All meals | Uniform | Gratuities Work Cycle: 3 weeks on / 1 week off 20 days annual leave Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience: Ensure guests have a seamless and memorable stay from arrival to departure Reservations & Administration: Handle emails, invoices, quotations, and payments Meet & Greet: Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide ongoing assistance during their stay Front Office Duties: Maintain efficient guest communication, scheduling, and reception operations Attention to Detail: Ensure all guest preferences are accurately noted and catered to Social Media & Marketing: Assist with online engagement and guest communication Minimum Requirements: Matric and formal hospitality qualification Minimum 6 months’ experience in a lodge or hotel environment Fluent in English (additional languages beneficial) Valid driver’s license Strong administrative and computer skills Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, spreadsheets, email, and social media Ideal Candidate: Personable, professional, and well-presented Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to guest needs Strong attention to detail and initiative Eager to learn and grow within a luxury lodge setting Why Join This Team?
