About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our boutique team in Helderberg, Western Cape. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall appearance and operational standards of our boutique.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, engaging, and high-quality customer service to all clients
- Actively drive sales through product knowledge, styling advice, and strong client relationships
- Perform point-of-sale duties including accurate cash handling and cashing up
- Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
- Support store promotions, marketing initiatives, and seasonal campaigns
- Maintain the boutique’s appearance and operational standards
- Work flexible hours in line with mall trading times
Requirements
- Passion for fashion and retail
- Strong interpersonal and customer communication skills
- Reliable, motivated, and team-orientated
- Ability to work weekends and extended hours as required
- Prior retail or boutique experience preferred
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license
