About the Role
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lodge Manager to join a world-renowned luxury Safari brand operating in Botswana. This permanent role is suited to a confident, guest-centric Manager with a passion for high-end Hospitality and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily lodge operations
- Enhance guest experience and uphold world-class brand standards
- Motivate, train, and develop departmental teams
- Manage budgets, training plans, staffing levels, and daily lodge operations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Lodge Manager or similar senior management role within a luxury Safari lodge
- Proven background in 5-star Hospitality operations and guest experience management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop departmental teams
- Qualification in Hospitality Management or Business Management
