About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in a remote bush environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance supervision, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a challenging location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems independently in a remote location
  • Supervise and lead a team of maintenance personnel
  • Maintain and repair general building systems, including generators and water treatment systems
  • Ensure high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 35 years experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a safari lodge or remote hospitality environment
  • Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Trade qualification (electrician, plumber, carpenter, or similar) advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of generators and water treatment systems preferred
  • Valid drivers licence required
