About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing/Social Media Graduate to join our team at Flink Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of social media campaigns across multiple platforms, creating engaging content, and monitoring performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Create engaging content (posts, captions, basic visuals, short-form video)
- Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative ideas
- Support paid media campaigns and basic ad management
- Track and report on performance metrics and campaign insights
- Engage with online audiences and build brand presence
- Assist with SEO, blog content, and digital marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- A portfolio or examples showcasing content creation and/or campaigns
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail
- Basic understanding of analytics and digital marketing principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
