? Office Manager | Non-Profit Organisation | Greater Kruger ? Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join a reputable non-profit public benefits organisation based in the Greater Kruger area. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for nature, strong ethical values, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to conservation efforts. The successful candidate will support the implementation of operational goals across various properties and programmes, while upholding the values of the organisation. ? Key Responsibilities ? Support operational implementation across multiple properties and conservation programmes ? Build, lead, and collaborate with an effective and reliable team ? Foster the ethos and eco-centric approach of the organisation ? Coordinate and cooperate with various departments and managers ? Manage daily office functions and administration ? Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and systems ? Oversee budgets and financial tracking (accounting or bookkeeping knowledge beneficial) Candidate Requirements ? Grade 12 with a university degree in a relevant field ? 510 years of management experience with a proven track record and solid references ? Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel ? Knowledge of Pastel and Xero highly beneficial ? Experience in accounting or bookkeeping advantageous ? Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical thinking skills ? High level of responsibility and accountability ? Excellent interpersonal, planning, and administrative abilities Ability to work independently as well as part of a team ? Effective team leadership and communication skills ? Additional Information ? Standard Monday to Friday working hours ? On-site accommodation may be available, dependent on individual circumstances ?
