Safari JOBS is searching for an Operational Stock Controller to become part of the passionate team at an award-winning, leading safari hospitality group. The main role of the operational stock controller is to maintain the supply and demand of inventory and ensure that there is adequate stock available, as well as ensure its quality. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to offering guests an exclusive experience within a carefully protected area known for its high concentrations of big game and frequent leopard sightings. Report to the Finance Administrator; Set and control the stock count process and procedures of the different inventories; Enter inventory data and counts into the computer system; Ensure the inventory data and count is accurate (spot checks, weekly inventory checks, stock rotation on the fridges, manage stock levels); Variance investigations and reports; Oversee issues in various areas; Manage purchasing orders for incoming equipment, services, and supplies; Place orders based on a par stock level and identified the requirement for new stock items; Verify receipts and confirm purchase contents and orders are complete; Prevent overstocking and ordering; Keep track of inventory and supplies that need restocking; Track and ensure deliveries are received; Compile reports of inventory and supply balances; Audit stock-holding areas to ensure the departmental teams are adhering to procedures; Performance of other tasks as reasonably requested from time to time and as required by the business and/or operation; The company fosters a culture of collaboration, and with this a support of the multi-skilling of staff. ???????????? / ??????? / ???? ????? Monthly remuneration: CTC package NEG. DOE – Please advise expectation upon application; Accommodation: Some rooms have one room with a bathroom or a loft room with a lounge and bathroom. Some senior rooms have basic kitchenettes. The rooms are furnished with a bed or double bed, desk and chair, curtains, cupboard, and bedside table. Most rooms have ceiling fans but due to extreme temperatures; Facilities that contribute to employees well-being and life balance, an opportunity to feel at home and enjoy social gatherings or work functions at the pool, bar, TV lounge and pool table, braai areas, gym and school; Uniform excluding shoes; Onsite staff transport; Utilities water and electricity, free Wi-Fi, generator; Room cleaning service: mandatory at nominal monthly set contribution fee. Housekeepers wash uniforms, and personal clothing, excluding handwashing, and clean rooms daily; Three meals a day provided at the canteen; The bar is open 7 days a week for drinks, snacks, and toiletries. Any purchases will be charged to the employees staff account which will be deducted from the salary; Onsite Paramedic; Medical aid – compulsory for senior staff (Employees can choose their preferred plan); Provident fund compulsory; Annual bonus at the discretion of management and salary review in January; Gratuities from guests or share in the general gratuity pool; Family friendly; Discounted flight rates to and from Johannesburg Work cycle: 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off plus annual leave. ??????????? ???????
