PEOPLE (HR) ADMINISTRATOR VACANCY Salary Negotiable (DOE) | Live-out Luxury Safari Lodge | Singita, Kruger National Park We are seeking a People (HR) Administrator to support the People Manager in implementing HR strategy and managing people-related activities. The role is hands-on, multi-skilled, and essential for ensuring smooth HR operations in a luxury safari lodge environment. Key responsibilities: • Manage HR department duties while People Manager is away • Support and guide management team in line with company vision, mission, and values • Handle core personnel administration and payroll • Facilitate staff training and development • Assist with industrial relations matters • Data capturing, reporting, and general HR administration • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare • Coordinate employee equipment, housing, and wardrobe • Support company sustainability and wellness initiatives • Contribute to community development projects Requirements: • HR qualification preferred; hospitality experience advantageous • Experience in HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, and labour law • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills • Empathetic, discreet, accurate, and detail-oriented • Competent in MS Word, Excel, Sage VIP or similar systems • Valid driver’s licence and South African nationality or valid work visa If no response is received within 10 business days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
