About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in Claremont & Hout Bay, where you will be responsible for connecting with accommodation owners and helping them select the best product and channel mix to increase bookings and reduce administrative burden.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and leads that fit our ideal client profile, ensuring focus on opportunities where we can make the biggest impact.
- Reach out via calls and emails to guide prospects through their options, showing them the value in a clear, client-focused way.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand client needs and priorities, helping them feel understood and supported.
- Keep all interactions and notes up to date in CRM, making sure the client journey is seamless and transparent.
- Present products and benefits consultatively, helping clients make the right choices for their business.
- Build trust and strong relationships, positioning the company as a partner.
- Meet agreed sales targets while keeping the client experience front of mind.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth handover, making clients feel confident and in control from start to finish.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Ideally, 2+ years of sales experience in the hospitality or travel industry
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
