About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at a software company providing all-in-one property management solutions to the hospitality industry. With a passion for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions, you will be instrumental in helping accommodation owners maximize bookings and reduce administrative burden.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and leads that fit our ideal client profile
- Reach out via calls and emails to guide prospects through their options
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand client needs and priorities
- Keep all interactions and notes up to date in CRM, ensuring the client journey is seamless and transparent
- Present products and benefits consultatively, helping clients make informed decisions for their business
- Build trust and strong relationships, positioning the company as a partner
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth handover
Requirements
- Grade 12
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Ideally 2+ years in the hospitality or travel industry with a focus on helping clients succeed
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident approach that prioritizes client needs
- Organized and able to manage multiple accounts while keeping the client journey seamless
Qualifications
