Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial sector.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide technical advice and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, production, logistics) to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical or industrial sales (preferred).
- Strong understanding of industrial or mechanical products and their applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (advantageous).
- A diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related field will be advantageous.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
