About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Guide / Maintenance for a prestigious luxury private game reserve in the Greater Kruger area. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining exceptional standards and ensuring memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct guided walks and lead guests through the reserve’s stunning landscapes.
- Work independently as part of a team to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain equipment and vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other staff members to provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the reserve in top condition.
Requirements
- FGASA NQF4 qualification in Field Guiding or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Big 5 safari areas.
- Extensive knowledge of wildlife, flora, and bushcraft.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: R15,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience. Live-in accommodation provided. Food allowance of R750 per month. Uniforms supplied. Work cycle: 3 weeks on, 1 week off.
