About the Role

We are seeking an administrative professional to join our team in Steelpoort, with a strong focus on providing exceptional support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Provide administrative assistance to staff and clients
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and other logistical tasks
  • Perform various office duties as required

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) – essential
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in the motor, mining, or engineering industry advantageous
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
