About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Relief Manager to join our fast-paced retail environment, where every day is unique and interesting. The primary focus of the role is to manage all areas of operations which include staff management, ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement strategies to foster a positive work environment
- Ensure store profitability through daily planning, leading, controlling, and organizing of all resources
- Provide superior customer service and create a shopping environment that drives sales
- Relief in various stores across the JD Home chains when required
- Manage sales, administration, financial management, stock management, store presentation and merchandising
- Maintain safety and security standards
- Enable customer centricity
- Effectively manage people, teams, and self
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Management experience of 3-5 years
- Retail Management/Business Diploma advantageous
