About the Role

Network Finance is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Century City, Cape Town. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in analyzing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement, while working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements
Translate business needs into clear, structured functional specifications
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment
Support the delivery of scalable, efficient business solutions
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement sessions
Ensure solutions meet operational and strategic business objectives

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or retail environments
Strong background in business process analysis and requirements gathering
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Able and willing to work full-time in office (Century City, Cape Town)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field
