Job Description:
Define the Frame of Reference: Partner with stakeholders to frame business challenges as testable analytical questions, establishing the observer’s vantage point
Conduct the Thought Experiment: Manipulate and explore complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools, searching for the constants and the elegant relationships
Publish the Field Equations: Transform chaotic observations into clear, compelling theories—through dashboards, visualizations, and narratives that redefine understanding
Challenge the Established Physics: Question existing assumptions and metrics, using data to propose new, more accurate models of business reality
 
Skills & Experience:
The Observer’s Toolkit: Proficiency in the languages of observation: SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
A Theorist’s Intuition: Strong statistical understanding and the creative curiosity to look at problems from unorthodox angles
A Gedankenexperiment Mindset: The ability to conceptualize complex scenarios, simplify the universe of variables, and focus on the principles that matter
The Clarity of : Exceptional communication skills to translate profound, often abstract, insights into a universal language for action
 
Qualification:
Tertiary qualification preferred
