About the Role
Communicate Finance is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team in Western Cape. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing teams and various sites, ensuring health and safety, and troubleshooting PLC automation issues. With at least 5 years of experience in an Electrical and/or Instrumentation environment, we are looking for a talented individual who can thrive under pressure and lead by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage teams and various sites
- Provide timely feedback to project manager
- Ensure health and safety
- Organize and plan parts
- Handle HR-related issues
- Create time sheets
- Troubleshoot PLC automation issues
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Electrical and/or Instrumentation environment
- Great leadership skills
- Team lead or management experience
- Thrive under pressure
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Qualifications
- Red seal trade test Electrician/ Ndip or BTech in Electrical Engineering
