About the Role

Manpower Group is seeking an experienced HCM Implementation Consultant to join our team in Western Cape. As a Workday Implementation Delivery expert, you will contribute to and/or lead defined workstreams on client-facing Workday implementation projects, supporting one or more functional HCM areas from design through to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and/or lead defined workstreams on client-facing Workday implementation projects
  • Support one or more functional HCM areas from design through to deployment
  • Configure HCM modules under the guidance of senior team members
  • Participate in workshops to gather and analyse business requirements
  • Translate business needs into effective and scalable system configurations
  • Support the management of ticket queues and issue resolution
  • Develop an understanding of end-to-end HCM processes and data flows
  • Assist in ensuring solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned to business needs
  • Support data migration activities by gathering and validating data requirements
  • Assist with unit testing, end-to-end testing, and regression testing
  • Ensure system configurations meet quality standards and project timelines
  • Work closely with HR and HCM transformation teams to deliver value-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with wider teams to identify innovative approaches and improvements
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Experience with HCM systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Workday HCM Core Services Certification or Workday HCM Pro (advantageous, not essential)
  • Additional Workday certifications (e.g. Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation) are beneficial
