Responsibilities: -Staying up to date with latest trends and techniques in hair styling, cutting, coloring and treatments. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfill clients needs and desires. Perform variety of technical services including highlighting, tinting, balayage, Mycro Keratin treatments, Brazilian blowouts and more to achieve clients desired looks. Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preference and lifestyle, providing expert advice and recommendations. Create personalized hair designs that enhance clients natural features and reflect current fashion trends. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained. Act as a mentor to junior stylists, sharing knowledge and providing guidance to help them grow in their careers. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to expand skills and stay current with industry advancements. Requirements: -Proven experience as a Senior Stylist in a reputable salon.Proficiency in a wide range of technical services including coloring, highlighting, balayage, micro-keratin treatments and Botox treatments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for creativity and staying ahead of fashion trends.Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends. Certification in hairdressing or relevant field is preferred.
