Kwazulu-Natal: Finance Clerk – Urgently required posted by Kenlei Farms

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Finance Clerk to join our finance team. The role includes creditors processing and reconciliations, supplier payments, wages capturing and processing on SQR (CanePro), bank reconciliations, customer invoicing, and general finance and administrative support. Applicants must have a Matric certificate with a Bachelors pass, including minimum results of 60% for English and Mathematics (Maths Literacy will not be accepted), as well as a valid drivers licence and reliable transport. Experience with Pastel Partner is required, while experience with Xero, SQR (CanePro), wages processing, and tertiary studies in accounting or finance will be advantageous. The successful candidate should have strong organisational, communication, and time management skills, be computer literate, and able to work accurately under pressure. Salary ranges from R10,000 to R20,000 per month depending on qualifications and experience. Working hours are 07h30 to 16h30, Monday to Friday, with every second weekend required if necessary.
