About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary to join our team in the Western Cape region. As the primary liaison between management, the Board of Directors, shareholders, and key internal and external stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective coordination, facilitation, and governance of executive, board, shareholder, and operational administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among management, the Board of Directors, shareholders, and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide reporting and statutory compliance support to ensure operational efficiency and informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and databases as required by the organization.
- Support executive-level activities, including correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Requirements
- Registered as a Chartered Accountant (CA (SA))
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in company secretarial or administrative roles
- Proven experience in high-level stakeholder liaison
- Advanced Excel skills, including Forecasting and Prediction, Pivot Tables, VBA, and Macros
