About the Role
The Inbound Sales Representative role at Merand Corbett & Associates involves utilizing a consultative, relationship-based approach to secure orders and build long-term loyalty within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will actively identify and capture new business opportunities to expand the brand’s footprint while guiding clients through our product portfolio to ensure they select the most effective and suitable options for their unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management
- Utilizing a consultative, relationship-based approach to secure orders and build long-term loyalty within an assigned territory.
- Strategic business development
- Actively identifying and capturing new business opportunities to expand the brand’s footprint.
- Customer Advocacy:
- Guiding clients through the product portfolio to ensure they select the most effective and suitable options for their unique requirements.
- Market Intelligence:
- Serving as a vital feedback loop by reporting on competitive landscapes, customer pain points, and potential areas for service innovation.
- Continuous improvement
- Maintaining a high level of expertise regarding industry shifts, advertising trends, and new product developments to ensure a sophisticated sales delivery.

Qualifications
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) is required. A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is preferred. A valid Driver’s License and a willingness to travel within the assigned Representative Area are also essential.
