About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product and Manufacturing Engineering Executive to lead our engineering, maintenance, and technical teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and significant experience in senior leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product and manufacturing strategies that drive business growth and efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate production risks
- Oversee the development and maintenance of engineering systems, BOM governance, and reliability programs
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Analyze CAPEX projects and make informed decisions on investment prioritization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in senior engineering leadership roles
