Key Responsibilities
- Lead; inspire, and develop a team of managers and colleagues across multiple outlets, embedding a culture of service excellence and accountability

- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, building meaningful relationships with guests and creating personalised experiences
- Collaborate closely with senior culinary leadership to curate menus and wine offerings that reflect quality, creativity, and value

- Ensure seamless communication across departments to support operational alignment and efficiency
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience within luxury or five-star Food & Beverage environments
