• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
• Postgraduate qualification or MBA advantageous
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in metallurgical plant operations
• At least 5 years’ experience in a senior management role within kiln or processing plant operations
• Strong understanding of kiln processes, process optimisation, and plant maintenance
• Knowledge of SHEQ standards and relevant legislation
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills
• Experience managing budgets, production targets, and performance improvement initiatives
