About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join our team in the Western Cape region. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing our dealership’s workshop, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workshop operations, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Supervise and mentor a team of technicians and support staff
- Maintain accurate records and reports on workshop performance and customer feedback
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship
- Manage inventory and ordering of parts and materials
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Dealership Workshop Manager within the Automotive Industry
- Red Seal: Trade Tested certification in Diesel or Petrol Mechanic
- Proficient in MS Office
- BSI | Evolve experience required
- Knowledge of Automotive Workshop Management disciplines essential
- Experienced in Personnel and Financial Management

- Basic Salary up to R 30 000 based on experience
