About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Guide & Duty Manager Couple to join our luxury lodge in Zululand, KZN. As a live-in couple, you will thrive in a close-knit bush environment and be passionate about hospitality, guiding, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with general lodge maintenance when required
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences and handle operational issues
  • Maintain the lodge’s high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Participate in guided activities and tours
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license & PDP
  • Valid First Aid Level 1 (minimum)
  • DEAT registered
  • FGASA Level 1 (minimum)
  • Minimum 2 years guiding experience
  • Maintenance experience advantageous
